There are various methods of enforcing a monetary judgment. However, the method to be employed would largely depend on the outcome of our Asset Tracing process in each given case. The following methods have in our experience, proven to be effective

a).  Garnishee proceedings against the debtor.

b).  Attachment of moveable and immovable properties of the debtor for sale (Writ of FiFa)

c).  Winding up/insolvency proceedings against the debtor company
