Section 23 of the Cybercrimes Act 2015 makes it an offence for any one using computer system or network to engage in child pornography or engage in sexual activities of a child who is below the age of 18 years in any computer system or network. Offenders shall be liable upon conviction to imprisonment for a term of not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than N10,000,000.00 or to both such fine and imprisonment.
